All products purchased in our shop are for on-site pickup only at the event venue. We do not offer shipping services.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges except for defective items.

Handling of Defective Items

If your item is defective, returns or exchanges can only be handled on-site at the event venue. Please check the condition of your item immediately upon receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

・Be in its original condition (unused/unworn)

・Have all tags attached

・Be in its original packaging

・Be presented with your order confirmation email

In Case of Failure to Pick Up Your Item

Please pick up your item at the concert venue on the day of your scheduled performance. If you don’t pick it up on the event day, your order will be considered as a cancellation for personal reasons, and we’ll issue a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after payment is completed.

Please confirm all details before placing your order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@merchease.jp

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

After an order is completed, cancellations initiated by the customer cannot be accepted.

In case of defects, damages, or delivery errors attributable to us:

・If stock is available, exchange only

・If no stock is available, refund

Please check items upon pickup. If you discover a defect later, contact support@merchease.jp within 7 days.

If you do not pick up your item on the event day, it will be treated as a cancellation for personal reasons.

In such cases, we will refund the purchase price minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Welcome to MerchEase / FLOW Kawaii Kon - Concert Venue Pickup ("Store"), operated by 2nioku LLC ("we", "us", and "our") under commission from Amuse Inc.

We operate this Store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our Store. By placing an order or accessing any part of the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Store Operator

This Store is operated by us, acting as an authorized seller under commission from Amuse Inc.

Amuse Inc. manages the artist FLOW and is the producer of the merchandise sold on this Store.

2. Products

This Store offers official artist merchandise of FLOW.

All items sold on the Store are manufactured by or on behalf of Amuse Inc. and are sold under their supervision.

3. Event-Specific Sales

This Store operates exclusively for the sale of Kawaii Kon.

No shipping is available. All purchased items must be collected in person at the venue on the day of the concert you are attending.

4. Order Pickup

By purchasing through this Store, you agree to pick up your order in person at the venue on the day of the Kawaii Kon concert you are attending.

Please show your order confirmation email, which contains your purchase number, to the staff at the pickup location at the venue to receive your items.

5. Payment & Refunds

All payments must be made at the time of ordering.

We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of defective products, where required by applicable law, or where refunds are made pursuant to Section 7 of these Terms.

6. Customer Information & Opt-in Marketing

If you opt in to receive marketing communications, your name, email address, and address may be shared with Amuse Inc.

Amuse Inc. may use this information to send you updates and news about FLOW and related activities.

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. In Case of Failure to Pick Up Your Item

If you do not pick up your item on the event day, your order will be considered a cancellation for personal reasons, and we will issue a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

8. Relation with Shopify

This Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
